I just wanted to ask when I opened my account and she kept going on and on about their IRA account. I had to hang up on her and redial the number to get another person. I don't want to sound mean but I hope she doesn't work there (or anywhere else) as a customer support representative. I have a bunch of online savings accounts and I figure I will try Everbank out with this money market thing. Since it's FDIC insured, they all work the same for me.
